Follow mode now allows to read an entire file
Add --full-read option to the follow mode, this will cause all of the files supplied as the argument to be first read and pumped into a buffer.
UI improvements
- Reset button for selected filters and facets
- Log message drawer is now embedded next to the table and resizable
- Standard filters base on the origin
